Each time I copy and past something from the internet and try to alter it in Microsoft office, it keeps hyper-linking me to the web-page I got it from. Is there any way to turn this off?

In Word 2004...
Format Menu --> Autoformat
Select Options
Deselect "Internet Paths with Hyperlinks"
Do the same thing under the "Autocorrect as you type" tab.
