You have proved NOTHING. We all know there are people on this board who hang on every word that might be true. The only real fact is that you are an imature jerk.
Ok it wasn't, but can I take credit for it anyway?
You know the adage, if it smells like sh!t, and tastes like sh!t, then it must be, wait a minute, how do we know what Sh!t tastes like in the first place?
Obviously you've never eaten at my sister-in-laws house.
I agree, stick to the old timers. Sometimes some genuine info comes this way, but it ussually isn't more than a few days ahead of schedule, or it rarely, if ever, has all the details of a major release. Maybe a shipit here and there. We only get scraps, but it can be fun to dream. In the end we don't ever want Apple turning into M$, we like the sense of embattlement, so do you, just admit it! Revolutionary hardware might be nice, but that isn't what makes people passionate about macs.
I read this forum at work and I laugh so hard that I cry.Go to yahoo and type Motorola MPC 8500 scroll down and select the pugglewump link.Check it out and tell me what you hardcore people think?
BTW, this isn't the first time something like this happened...I recall this happened on the old AI at least once...and it wasn't the MR thread...some jerkwad pulled a similar stunt then like 2 days later admitted he was all BS.
I just remembered something, very faint in my memory, but there...someone did almost the exact same thing before another MacWorld when AI was up before...down to a very similar revealing post at the end...hmmmmm...
Oh, and by the way, I have posted hoaxes before. Anyone remember my iBook one?
'Cept, see, everyone believed that one, even applenut, and I had a picture too.

Not only isn't this the first time this has happened, it's not even the twentieth time. You'd think after dozens of such hoaxes, people would be a little more cautious about some dorkwad posting "I can't tell you how I know this, but you can definitely believe my source's info..."

It seems to me that he proved that there are too many gullible people here. Now you're mad because many of you were made fools of. Too bad.
I agree that what he did was a pathetic waste of server space, but on the other hand, many of us were entertained in the process.
No hard feelings here, Mastergateing. <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

I am SO proud of myself.
Still, I would KILL (well, not really ) for that iMac he mentioned.
