XP overheat Mac

Is this really true???

cause i read in this article that there are a big chance that using XP on Mac. according to them there is no driver for the fan while running under Windows.



can XP ruin our mac?

    I assumed that if the OS did not communicate with the fan control, it would default to max on.



    XP should be no worse than if OS X crashed and with the safeties kicked in.

    Yeah, I'd say fans would probably default to max. When I boot a quad G5 or G5 imac in single user mode, the fans go full blast.



    But XP will ruin your Mac by degrading its beauty with a horrible interface.

    I read an article stating the same thing--that it had no fan control. However, it looks to run COOLER while running XP so it probably maxes out the fans.



    Likely this lowers battery life on macbooks.
