Mac to PC video conferencing

My fiance and I are moving to different cities soon. I wanted to use a chat program to allow us to talk to eachother with video. My system is a 14inch iBook G4 1.42GHz. I would like to use an iSight as my camera. My Fiance will have a WinPC using some form of Logitech camera. We are open to using any chat program. Any suggestions?

Saw a note about SightSpeed (http://www.sightspeed.com/). haven't followed up on it, but it might be worth a look.
