Syncing the sounds with the video would be difficult without latency correction on each end, which doesn't exist at the time -- at least in Apple's Airport.
In the future I can see being able to stream to multiple location at once. IF this happened audio syncronization would have to occur. If apple didn't include the ability to just send any applications to an airport, I'm sure someone would come out with a tool to do it.

Have you tried Airfoil? The only problem that you'll have is latency: it may be hard/impossible to get the audio and video to sync. properly.
