http://www.clamxav.com/ is a free virus scanner for OS X (mainly to clean attachments forwarded from windows friends to other windows friends, so you can't be accused of spreading problems...) there are no known viruses for OS X. Period.
I know of no spyware or keylogger scanners for OS X... in part because there is so little malware for OS X in general.
