VIDEO_TS in Front Row?

Is there a way to mount a VIDEO_TS folder so you can play it as a DVD in Front Row?

    I don't think that Front Row allows this functionality even though dvdplayer.app does. I can tell you that Media Central does do this and more. Its not quite as slick as Front Row, but it works great if you've backed up a lot of DVDs to a hard drive.

    I really don't know, just a wild idea, but does frontrow support multiple dvd drives, maybe if you mounted your dvd/video cd image as virtual drive, would frontrow know any difference?

    No FR doesn't recognize a VIDEO_TS Folder, or a Folder where

    a particular VIDEO_TS Folder is nested in.



    But you can render a QT compatible Movie of any "VIDEO_TS Folder".

    FR reads everything that QT is able to read. Well, this is not that

    elegant and consumes some time. But it works quite well.



    Perhaps that helps.
