Symantec is vulnerable - on PC's

Oh, boy, this is going to be hell.



Symantec's viral protector is vulnerable. Thank God we use Macs.

There was a quote a while back form the CEO of Symantec who said if you really wanted security, buy a Mac. I think a lot of people might (need to) heed that advice!

    Does that mean some day we will see antivirus software producing its own viruses?

    I want to see Symatec taken down. They were the ones that were all hyping up how viruses will come for Macs and people need to be prepared and Macs aren't all that secure. If this is a big vulnerability, it will be a huge embarassment to them - a security company compromising all the computers they are trying to protect .
