I named my computer God so that a) it would show up on the network as god and b) when i lock someone's computer with remote desktop, it says "Screen Locked by God"
So, i found it fitting to call my iPod, "God's iPod"
Chez noir is "at black['s place]" which doesn't make any sense, except poetically, perhaps.
From what I learned in my french classes, I thought "chez" could be interpreted a couple of ways depending on context. With "chez" meaning something like "courtesy of" or "hosted by". I also thought "house" was implied in the meaning of "chez". If I am completely wrong please correct me.

I'm not exactly a native speaker, but I've never seen "chez" used as a noun.
Seeing as I'm pondering moving to Montréal permanently, too little. I had about 6 years of learning. Got excellent grades at first but my interest waned. That was about half a decade ago, though; by now, I'm more interested again.
I couldn't have said the above in French.
Je ne pourrait pas dire le prochaine* en Français.
*) I guess that's "next", not "previous".
I'm really terribly out of practice and need some geeky way to learn.
Not sure if the namings still going on, but beat this 'Dragonheart', yeh its cool , and my computer name is 'The Dragon's Lair'. Anyone sense a theme? I don't.

This thing has been through so many bumps and spills, it has earned it's name
But now I feel dumb about the name. \
But one time I did change a couple of the ones at the apple store to things like jesus jPod when I was bored.
Maybe I will rename my iBook to the "MikeBook"
