I have a linksys with aftermarket firmware that enables WDS (Sveasoft firmware). Can I set it up so I access the internet through the linksys but use the airport for airtunes? All of this at the same time, of course.

That is a question you would have to answer by looking up whether your version of that firmware has support for Airport Express. I've heard that Airport Express was tuned to Airport only, but some hacks of the Linksys firmware do allow being AE to be paired with Linksys. If you have bought the support, then you can ask on their forums. I don't have an AE so I can't help you any more than that.

I found the answer HERE last night. Definitely worth looking into if you have an Linksys because my router is a champ!
