How I sped up my Powermac
Substituting the nVidia Geforce 4MX with the Ti4600 and maxing out the RAM to 1.5gig's from 1.2gigs has really sped up my 933Mhz Powermac.
Photoshop now loads in 5 seconds (before 7-8), and when I have multiple programs open everything just hums along.
For about $520 it feels like a new machine. Even though its not cheap I feel that it is a cost effective upgrade that will probably add a year or two to its longevity.
