You probably should photoshop the "PostReply" button so it matches (the PSD files can be found on vBulletin's support area)
By "matches", do you mean "looks like an Aqua button"? Because if so, good idea.

Oh no! I wish I hadn't come in here now, I hadn't noticed, but now I will also miss being a "senior member".
Definitely - I was wondering the same - I didn't want to criticise the boxiness and the links at the bottom if it's not finished. I think the quick reply feature is great and i love the fact you can edit your post 'in line' as well - it's been a good update.
What do you mean registered user? I liked the senior member monicker!
As it happens I concur is 8 characters long as was not allowed - which is why I had to add a dreaded smiley when i wrote it! \
Any way to shrink down the width of a forum's subject boxes? Right now forum pages look kind of unbalanced and the information on the right seems too far away from the thread subject.

Third, why putting a GO button aside the forum jump function,
if there is an automatic jump? Well, one can ask.
I can answer that one. If you're at the bottom of a thread in, say, AppleOutsider and you want to return to that same forum, all you have to do is click Go. Otherwise you'd have to drop the menu down and click that forum again.

I've added 'View Today's New Posts', which I think is what you wanted. The 'View New Posts' that was active when we first upgraded had the same functionality as on the old forums - it would show you the new posts since you last visited.
With the change I've made today, you have the option of showing all posts in the last 24 hours or all posts since you last visited the forums.
Thanks, AP! (sorry for the lag, I just moved to a new city and threw out my back.)
Another suggestion: The folder + arrow next to a thread title that indicates that a user has previously posted in that thread could use some color. They don't jump out from a long list of threads like they used to. I believe that before they were green.
Can we have a "View new posts" at the bottom of the screen? or a go to top of screen button? It's a lot of scrolling to get back the the new posts button...

Sometimes a quick reply saying something as simple as, I concur, can be profound!
I concur
(although, that would have been allowed under the 10 character minimum anyway, and now I've gone and ballsed-up the point of this post)

So... when are we upgrading to vBulletin 3.6?
Well?
Well?
When they release 3.6.2!
edit: just looked through the html. looks like its an "online" indicator? or did i skip over something..?
so, whats the deal with the red and green dots? those like a reputation system?

green dot : you are online
red dot: you are not

As Powerdoc said, they're online indicators.
We have a separate forum in which we discuss and sully reputations.

I'll see what I can do for you.
still very cumbersomely not to say long winded.
I'd rather see a check box at the bottom of the very last Post. That
check box would offer you to subscribe and unsubscribe respectively - immediately.
I believe that a lot of other people (myself included
change. It is the easiest way to work with the forums effectively. Trust me.
Second, what about an icon aside the online indicator, which
tells you at a glance, that you are subscribed to the current Thread?
Just an idea.

The giant orange buttons have got to go. One shouldn't have to don polaroids just to visit an internet forum.
crazychester, what a surprise.
of the first thread page. Long time, no zea(l) (at the gruselgruppe).
Interesting.
Hmmm. Now I see some people appear to have custom user names, while others, uh, like me, do not have that option.
Interesting.
You have to have over 1000 posts and then you can request to change it at the Official Member Title Request Thread. Only 977 to go...
