Does anyone know if PowerPC chip form Motorola or IBM has the built-in fritz chip? Intel and AMD already has had their chips going with the digital rights management(DRM) mechanism, I'm wondering if PowerPC chips has the same sneak-peep-your-underwear thing/feature?

If they don't have DRM, this should be the best reason for switching from Wintel to Mac.

Not yet. Apple isn't a member of the TCPA yet. Hopefully they never join. There's a place for DRM computers and a place for non DRM computers.

Consumers should be able to decide if they want DRM "Media" computers and they should equally be able to decide that they want nothing to do with DRM.

How could Fritz tell someone building a Server for Business use that they have to cram DRM stuff into their hardware? What if the "Fritz chip" Fritzed out? Who's gonna pay the company for damages.
