Live Stream of "Showtime Event"

I found this playing with the dates in the Quicktime streams of apple events.

http://events.apple.com.edgesuite.ne...ent/index.html

When I played it 20 min ago it loaded halfway into the WWDC 2006 keynote with an audio test note. The annoying high pitched note you sometimes hear. Now it is not working. This leads me to believe they are ready for the simulcast and may actually brodcast Live.

My bet is they will open up the stream a few minutes before steve takes the stage. Remember this feed is being brodcast to France for the Journalists there sitting in front of the giant screen at the Apple Expo Paris.

hopefully live.. 10:00 AM their time. If not, I'm sure they'll have it online after the event is over as per usual.

I just can't imagine it going out live. If it were WWDC, OR MWSF there would be too much traffic, and I think it's gonna loose connection even at this event.

Still "Live Broadcast - Paused' here.

Also, the page is now redirecting to a 404 error inside the QuickTime Player.
