iTunes 7 - screwing up movie and TV show library

Downloaded the new iTunes which seems to be running great.



I like the new separation of Movies and TV shows.



However, half my Lost episodes are in Movies -- half are in TV shows. Same with other TV shows.



All downloaded via iTunes.



Anyone else having this problem? Thoughts?
