iphoto 6.0.5

in Mac Software edited January 2014
when i open iphoto it says there's an update for me (6.0.5) and to click to either ignore it or to open software update. i've clicked "open software update" 4 times now and it just opens SU and checks and says "no new software"



wtf?



where can i get the update?

    Um, so you have a previous version, I'm guessing. 6.0.5 is the latest version. Have you tried running Software Update itself, instead of doing what you're doing from within iPhoto?

    yes tried that. everytime i run software update it says no new updates available.



    every time i open iphoto or garageband it tells me there are updates, when i click on update, it takes me to software update which tells me no updates available.



    i've tried running SU by itself, no go.

    Make sure that the program is in it's default location: loose in the Applications folder.
