question about apps

I recently purchases a 20" imac core 2 duo for my first mac. I used windows all my life and I am very pleased with this machine. I'm just wondering if there is any program on macs similar to "Ccleaner" or "Adaware". Thanks.

    Nope, this may come as a shock: Macs do not get adware and do not really need to be cleaned or defragged.

    What about cookies and browsing history? Just delete those through browsing preferences? I remember I've deleted about 600 mb with ccleaner in just history and stuff.
