I did a search and did not find the answer to this question of how the hell OSX can perform the simple name, password, channel settings etc., on the Linksys wireless routers. I have Linksys model BEFW11S4.

Thanks!

    Isn't it from a browser, connected to http://192.168.1.1 ?

It crashed my browser on my Intel MacBook. I'll try it on my desktop G5.

I have found that Safari does not work on 192.186.1.1

Try another browser (I use OnmiWeb)

Thanks everyone. I was trying to connect to linksys via my wireless, that doesn't work! So I did get through when I plugged in an ethernet cord.

Insstall firefox as your browser and you will be able to log onto the Linksys.
