Wirless network with a Mac

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me,



I'm planning on switching from Windows to a Mac in the near future and was wondering if i would still be able to access the interent through my netgear router that serves all of the other PC's in my house - is this possible or would i not be able to connect to the internet?



would appreciate any help at all

    Don't worry! Macs are built around industry-standard hardware. What Apple refer to as "Airport" is simply 802.11g WiFi wireless networking. Alternatively, all Macs ship with 10/100/1000 ethernet networking ports.
