Microsoft is having a hard time supporting the few Zune users they have...

    People seem to like the hardware that Toshiba built, but can't stand Microsoft's buggy software.

    Heh. I'm sure everyone at one time or another has a nightmare customer service story. The upside is, there are fewer of those nightmares with Apple.

    No, Apple doesn't have any difficulty responding to customer inquiries, they just tell you what you don't want to hear.
