Hey, I just noticed this- using Interface Builder (found the developer tools) with Safari's browser.nib file

(Safari.app/contents/resources/english.lproj/browser.nib),I was able to give safari the light-platinum unified look. If you try it, it looks sooo much slicker than normal. has anyone else done this?

Here's what it looks like

I'll bet that this is how apple will release it with leopard. It would make sense, with them trying to switch wore things to the light and dark platinum themes, and moving away from brushed metal.

You can eradicate brushed metal entirely using this app:

I edited the nib file before Uno was available and I also removed the Google bar that way but Uno is easier and system-wide so I never have to look at brushed metal again.

This looks great. Too bad it is only for Tiger.
