Will they pay the additional overhead to Apple for supporting these APIs. Apple doesn't do this type of stuff because they feel like it, it's genuinely more expensive and resource intensive to support. So they're suing Apple to save their costs and push them on to Apple. 

Where's the outrage now? Also, doesn't this just prove the Consumer Reports cannot be trusted with any claims anymore?

My Apple Watch is Sapphire Glass on Stainless Steel Chassis. It's nicely curved at the end with an OLED display that makes it hard to tell when it ends due to the true blacks. I have to believe that Apple did this also as a test run of the idea to move this to phones one day. The Sapphire Glass on my watch has taken many bangs on some hard stuff and is absolutely flawless still. If they can make enough Sapphire at this point, I can't see why they wouldn't do replicate the Watch approach, just on both sides.

I'm still waiting for the proof that autonomous vehicles will reduce traffic accidents. Data shows the tests get the same accident rate per 100k miles driven, except somehow it's always, "the other guys fault." 

So basically, our government could care less about our rights and knows nothing about due process and law. Looks like Apple should start a country...
