I tried AI technology on a few graphic projects: this includes turning pixelated image to hi-res and filling artificial extended background on a very tight cropped images in Photoshop BETA. It's mind blowing I have to say. It thinks like human with minor flaws. It knows what I want to do with the images. Some Photoshop retouches will take me one hour to do and it only takes 1 minute for AI to execute. I am testing this is on a built-in AI feature that Photoshop Beta is currently incorporating. For turning pixelated image to hi-res works miraculously also on human faces and other objects. It still has some flaws and additional manual Photoshop retouches are required. I used free beta service from a website for this image upscaling. Overall, I am super impressed. AI is here to stay and it will get better as time goes by. It's a must have new tool for graphic designer (As long as I don't hear "I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that", then we're safe).

Vision Pro won't massively take off until the price drops drastically like those flat screen TVs. By then there will be full length movies appearing left and right. No massive public demands, no go and it will stay as a niche forever.

Does it, or are you just referring to currency conversion? The story didn’t mention it, so I just wondered where you got that.

Those stolen iPhones are disable, tracked and useless. They are probably going to sell them to China for parts.

This is great for car companies that don’t want to invest on dashboard digital interface. Save them money hiring programmers which can slow down car release date and cripple some functionality like Fisker car was so incompleted and half baked interface. 

What? For first class only? This should be a norm for all classes.... eventually I hope. Maybe another five years.

I think Apple Intelligent wants their own GPU server farm running just for them. I would say after 5 years of their data center expansion in North Carolina, it would put Apple in a strong position to control its AI infrastructure end-to-end, reducing reliance on third-party cloud providers and giving them a major competitive edge in on-device and cloud-based AI services.

Why in the world they name their company Apple in 2010? They are asking for trouble.

The EV industry is a tough game—most players have given up, and only Tesla has survived. Meanwhile, China’s EV market is booming and leading globally, except in the U.S. How did that even happen?

Google’s Veo 3 is a crazy leap ahead. I really don’t see how Apple can catch up if they keep tying themselves down with privacy restrictions.
