It is not an iPhone 5C. With Apples getting into the kitchen that is obviously a designer butter dish. And yes Android is DalviK so this is not Android. Obviously Chromecast has that similarity to ChromeOS in that it delivers all its content via th…

I'm thinking the 5A will be a revamped 4S, the 5B a revamped 5 and the 5C a 4.3" iPhone. These will be in plastic and the iPhone 6 name will be kept for the gold standard launch. So a range of 4 new phones, 3 of them cheap in September to replace t…

The new rumour seems to be that there is an iPhone 5A. a 5B and at least a 5C arriving. These could well be all for the non US markets where sales have nigh on disappeared.

But that would involve abandoning the metal chassis. WIfi and network really do boost the GPS to compensate for any niggles caused.

It is very important for Verizon. Customers do not like paying and whilst they fail to see the expensive contract as part of the price they are happy to accept a free cheap iPhone. The simply do not care that something like the S4 has a screen quan…

"Apple invention" Invented a power management policy now did they? A complete fail on this 'war chest' one but nice try Apple.

If fewer and fewer want to blow $1500 bucks on an Apple laptop then OS/X will be moved 100% onto the IOS income model. I reckon 2015 will be the big move that way though I would not rule out it happening in 2014

Keep up the lobbying George. I can't quite put my finger print of all this Ha Ha. The good news is that spare parts will now be slightly cheaper on ebay.

"Because it's the same turd they tried to sell at more than twice that price last fall?" Like many a false 2 for one offer they can reduce it to a pretend bargain basement.

RT a loss leader at $199? Tegra 3 is old and available in bulk at $15 or less. And the screen used is a cheap low resolution one. And laptops running full Windows and are nearly as cheap so why would anyone bother accepting less with RT? And…

"The apple plant in Ireland sells at wholesale prices to Europe and thus sales originate there." No they don't Apple gets to originate most of them 'nowhere'. Near zero Irish corporate tax is paid. Not 2%, almost ZERO percent!

Nope, does not make sense. I was quite expecting to read that it had come from an explosion caused by using an extended external battery case. That would make 'more of a case', but a 3rd party one obviously.

"And Apple are not "obliged" to use any legal means necessary to maximise their retained profit. That's a fallacy." Indeed. "Since Apple's main objective with the stores is to sell Apple product and shape the perception of Appl…

.... and by winning the race to the bottom the world will eventually cease to trade.

Wifi tracking is fairly crap anyway. Did they say 'ours is as rubbish too but we will do it cheaper" I quite fail to understand why Apple is insisting in tracking you via every Wifi point you pass when in fact real GPS better suits my needs …

1930's protectionism is about to happen. The best Apple can do is make a very fast buck whilst trade channels are still open.

Did they mention the web throttling? Has it become dated news yet? The last I knew was that Apple iOS devices run web applications two-and-a-half times more slowly compared to Safari.
