what happened to webkit fixes for Safari and Chromes inability to go through many a light web site swamp? I'm hoping for a 2nd proclamation from those Apple gods.

From a public perspective iBeacon is really in danger of becoming a nasty piece of work from near infancy. The idea of adverts without providing useful content sounds absolutely terrible.

It all sounds strange. Obviously though, if you remove the 2nd hand supply from your main market you get to have a higher demand for new goods.

If Samsung did that autopsy it would be called copying. But Samsung went both HD and OLED. Maybe Apple will do similar with their iSwatch.

In the UK EE was first with LTE so they became the mains seller of the iPhone 5. Uncannily, they have become the most complained about network in the UK. Too many dropped calls it seems.

Obviously a lot to do with quality map systems.

You buy it 'because you can'. Nothing really matters.

The 5c may well turn out to have the biggest profit margin in Apple history. The launch of its competitor the Motorola G built using a theoretically more expensive quad core and next gen FAB process really shows what underlying profit may be lurking…

"The one is only still on 7 because Apple won't allow reversion back to 6." Most people like free updates but the 'no going back' cause is simply too totalitarian.

Could it be that Blackberry was chosen to allow security services to spy on Obama? RIM were said to have deals with Russia, China and of course US to allow snooping. Reality and perception do not always mix well.

Criminals have always used a 'sucker list' for targeting sales. So I'm not all that sure this is positive marketing.

Yes indeed, it is an ad driven future. Ads + Freemium apps is where it is all at. Bit obviously if you can continue to have your cake an eat it, then those offshore stocks assets are snuggling up big time.

Free stuff is fine. But they cannot compete as it is price + that 30% fee. A win win for Apple.

You seem full of loose bits. 8 of then in fact. The current ARM CPUs are 40 bit.

Apparently, for smartphones 64 bit will become mandatory once RAM gets above 1TB

If suppliers do not agree to the price Apple wants, then they do not get to sell their displays and other wares. Simple stuff.

This reminds me of that recent comment, I think from Foxconn. Maybe they knew about this when they said they would not reduce their prices just to obtain an Apple contract. Were they already gloating about Apple being famous for penny pinching but n…
