I believe it. My contract wasn't up until mid August. I'm still using a 3GS... and all of the sudden early this month I got an email from AT&T telling me I could upgrade to a iPhone 4 early. I'm guessing they are trying to dump their inventory…

I'm running 10.7.2 with iTunes 10.5 beta 2. After I installed 10.7.2 itunes took forever to load. This beta seems a bit slower than 10.7 GM. No bugs so far.. but I'm only 30 minutes in.
