the USB cable connectors are available on Motorola's site, but they cost about $60. kinda pricey for a USB cable. get the Sony Ericsson T610! it rules, and it's Bluetooth!

the beauty of the 6-pin Firewire cable is it supplies enormous data transfer speeds and charges at the same time, neither of which Bluetooth can do. and since all i have to do currently is set my iPod in its dock, BT doesn't seem that appealing.

they use the same wall outlets and the current is close enough that pretty much every adapter for your electronics will work without modifications there. i took my powerbook and my iPod to Japan and both worked fine with no additoinal adapters.

that is too dang funny. i remember getting a 64k Atari 800 and thinking i'd never use all that memory. now i'm getting a 250GB G5. truly amazing. edit: ooops i said Apple instead of Atari...

i'm certainly no expert, but i remember Jobs announcing a "Safari SDK" at the WWDC keynote, so i'm assuming you could probably get your hands on some similar iCal SDK, but how you'd do it i do know now sadly... not much help, i know

i agree with what folks are sayign here - i'm a rabid music fan and i can barely fill my 30g iPod. granted, these are actually all cds i purchased myself, so maybe there's Kazaaheads that have 50G of music, but i really can't imagine needing a 60g …
