What kind of editing do you hope to do? You can import the songs into GarageBand then slice, dice, mix, match, layer tracks (other songs, your own playing, loops etc) pan, adjust volume levels, process with filters etc.

I don't have studio pro, but in iDVD themes are stored in package contents resources. Go to /Applications, ctrl click on the DVD Studio Pro icon and select package contents. Resources is a subfolder in /Contents. .theme files are located there.

The print dialogue box has an option for paper handling (pulldown menu is initially on copies & pages).Choose paper handling. Reverse page order is on by default. Simply uncheck it.
