I doubt it but I wonder of the 10.6.3 1.1 update (released just moments ago) has anything to do with support for tomorrow's hardware.

Oh wow, welcome to a million years ago.

That is certainly a magical price. I'd get 2 for that price. I can see that price for a WiFi model, 16GB in a year after they upgrade the specs to 16/32/64/128GB.

We got this model for testing, to try out the platform. I won't be putting much music on it right now and it'll be a mail and browsing appliance for now. But some of these apps are beautiful. Epicurious for one, the Adobe Ideas app is pretty slick…

I'm writing this on our 16gb iPad and it is great. The screen is perfect, I even had to bump down t He brightness a bit. Outside there was barely any glare. The inernet is awesome on this thing. I can type almost as fast as on a real keyboard. One …

I don't get the reasoning that Apple would leave an integral component like the front facing camera up to a 3rd party. The same logic could be applied to any of it's components, particularly the storage (why not use SDHC cards?)

I think iPad resolution on a 3.5" screen is too dense. Assuming they keep the same aspect ratio as the current iPhone, these are the possible permutations: 600 x 400 660 x 440 690 x 460 720 x 480 * 780 x 520 840 x 560 900 x 600 * 960 x 640…

I thought the same thing. The Facebook functionality of the web version will be great on a screen that size. I wouldn't even bother downloading the iPhone version of the app. If they released an iPad version that added a lot of functionality, then i…

What is so bad about the iPhone as a phone? In my experience, it's been the best phone I ever had. And I have had Nokia, SE, and 2 Motorola, one being a Q9c. I expect the next iPhone to have: * Better camera with a flash (5MP) * Higher memory…

For me, CS4 was a godsend. In CS3, Dreamweaver was terrible, it crashed all the time, and every once in a while would overwrite my FTP sites with an old cached version, wiping out hours and hours of code work. When you are skinning Wordpress sites f…

Thanks for the links. John does a good job of exposing Paul's hypocrisy. Some people have really short memories. I blame this smart phone culture It just goes to show there are apologists on both sides. The reality is that Microsoft saw the wis…

App switching: Swipe up on the home screen and the screen swipes up to show running apps. Each app has a close button in the upper right corner to quit the app from there or you can click the app to resume it. The swipe up badge does …

Well the stores are down...all over the world. So I don't think it's just iPad preorders. We might be getting MBP and/or Mac Pro updates as well.

FWIW, 9to5 says the MacBook Pro update should land tomorrow.
