Jaguar is a different beast altogether. It is way beyond 9.2 in a lot of areas and far away in a few. Jaguar is a big step in the right direction. Now we can expect for the next big revision (Tiger??) : the return of metadata and a lot of goodies.

one thing I did noticed in the last build is that minimize windows on the desktop is no more and idem for closing windows within the dock ! Hope that these new toys will return in the FC. [ 07-01-2002: Message edited by: jeromba ]

not via drag and drop. They are to much invisible files who are needed by *unix and they are not copied. Oner way to do a fast backup is simply to backup your home directory.

just one thing that would be better about the 'new folder vs 'new window' issue. What about a new shorcut like 'Apple-F' for a new folder... i think it's more easy to do it than 'Apple-Shift-N'... Just change the Find shorcut to 'Apple-Shift-F'. …
