These two companies are so closely tied together Apple should be able to gain from Samsung a public acknowledgment and large settlement, along with a cross-licensing agreement (similar to the one with Microsoft, where they're not allowed to clone Ap…

This has been covered here with some smart comments about consumers being in the driver's seat, Jobs' open not being the same as open open, but it's very, very clear that Google's open is not the same as open open. The difference here is, Apple is f…

Well, here's hoping for a unified window design that finally gets rid of the aqua scroll bars and ridiculous and inefficient Mail icons. More on that from earlier today: http://yousayyeah.com/post/1320329416/apples-new-skin

I've spent a lot of time today reading shameful, hateful Apple forums, both here and at macrumors.com, rife with people using God and Jesus to justify their bigotry. It's absolutely sickening, but ultimately why man created the one true god in the f…

I find it's six and one half dozen the other. Depending on what you have open in each browser, RAM usage becomes an issue. For example, right now I'm at: Safari - 536.50 MB of RAM Firefox - 398.65 MB of RAM However, the real issue is: Safar…

Yeah. I got mine this morning. It's a beautiful piece of engineering. But I can bet these docks are going to get munched if people travel with them. The stereo jack is going to snap off. There's no case to protect the protruding jack.
