Nice capsule history, but I'd like see a little more on how on actual changes in the Leopard Finder. For example, there's a raft of little things - e.g. the return of adjustable grid spacing (finally) and cleaned-up and enhanced View Options (no…

I'll guess: • Leopard (with a slightly buggy 10.5.0 release) - Oct 26 • a handful of small iPhone integrated features for Leopard (e.g. ability to sync Notes with Mail to-dos) • an announcement of widgets for the iPhone (with *some* offlin…

Awesome. Loving this in-depth app-by-app series from AI. Keep it up!

What a tempest in a teapot.

Whoa. That is incorrect. This guy is jumping the gun. The nano and classic are *not* running OS X Mobile. This was confirmed by Apple. They're running in all likelihood a refreshed version of the Pixo OS.

Fascinating report, but I'm really not sure exactly who this product would be for. PDAs are currently dying - they're being wiped out by smartphones. Apple laptops are about to get even sleeker and thinner. The main markets would seem to be…

I don't know about dedicated music players disappearing right away - people like their iPods an awful lot - but yeah, music phones will definitely increasingly eat into portable media player sales. What's interesting about the iPhone is that it'…

Well, I think it's pretty clear that "the true" video iPod is coming this fall, with OS X... and lots of room (32GB+) for movies and music. (Though one can expect to pay a premium over current iPods for that UI.) It's hard to see how fullscreen…

Wireless sharing is a fantastic idea -- it was inevitable that Apple would do this. The question is in the execution, and how it's done. If done right, the possibilities are endless. Not just for sharing music, but all kinds of information. …
