I'd love to see this happen. Although Nintendo made hardware that changed the way we play games at least 3 times I'm the last 40 years, it's time for them to pull a Sega.

That politician is full of it. He says that it was claimed only weeks ago that these features were infeasible, yet Apple has had these since forever ago.

I'm glad to see corporations taking the lead on green initiatives, instead of the government regulating for it.

Shipped =/= Sold Activated =/= Sold Sold = Sold And there's only one major player that releases their sales data, the one that never looks any good in any of these "non-sales-based comparison charts". Coincidence?

I would really love to see a website that tracks the accuracy of analysts predictions along with pressure from the industry for media outlets to begin reporting the accuracy rating of an analyst when reporting their "rumors". Ex: Gene Munster (D+) …

The 4S is much more likely to be damaged in a fall, looks like otter box market was reduced when Apple came out with 5/5C/5S. With it's aluminum structure it takes more of a beating than the SS of the 4S before transferring that energy to the glass.

I think the point here is (and to use an automotive market analogy): comparing sales numbers of Samsung to Apple without a breakdown is like comparing General Motors to BMW. Sure GM overall may have sold more cars than BMW, but without a breakdown, …

Just read the report. It is my impression that Apple did this to show how much different our (US) policies are versus those of other countries. Also of note, the last line of the report before the Glossary reads, "Apple has never received an order …

An unexpected... ... ...what?? You left me on a cliff hanger lol

I think the issue is 1) that Samsung is asking people what they want. But also, 2) that they are asking the wrong people. It seems they are targeting the typical Android user who wants to constantly fiddle and tinker with their technology, instead o…

Apple has played it's cards right this time. Apple was the main player in the education market until budget Wintel machines infiltrated the education world. That started the trend to over promise and under deliver, leaving generations of kids with…

With rumors of new 13" iPad, perhaps the 'a lot to cover' is alluding to the larger screen that needs a larger cover. But unlikely

From a developer point of view... Why wouldn't you just develop for the users of Android that have 4.x? Won't that prompt users to want to upgrade to take advantage of the better features?

So if one of the selling points of the MacPro is that it can swivel around for easy access to its ports, how is one to do that with a huge, rigid, 3-prong power cord hanging off the back? From experience those power supply cords are not the most co…

This is great news. I can't wait to see more direction in the retail space. Also, TC can get back to making sure the ship is sailing smoothly instead of carrying the weight of the retail role on his shoulders.
