I thought the Office 2k4 numbers were slow... but 2k8 beat it down. Would be nice to see the numbers of Office for Windows XP/Vista running under Parallels or VMware. I can't imagine things like that taking that long.

They should have put a DC in jack in there to make it compatible with everything else, the MBA's USB port would just happen to be able to supply all the power itself. I wonder you are able to hook one of these to an Airport or Time Capsule and ac…

Make sure you have the "copy files to itunes music folder when adding to library" option deselected.

I like the idea but this could be done with a software upgrade to the AppleTV, it already does it for video... just need to extend it to audio. An increase to the HD capacity would be nice... and use 3.5" HDs please. Has analog video/audio out. …

To me it looks fine but I won't overpay for a computer missing essential features such as optical drive, usb ports, firewire, ethernet... and has a slower cpu than the current Macbook. All of that to save 2lb??? I'll pass.

Quite a while ago when Steve ran a photoshop benchmark on a G4 vs Pentium3 if I recall correctly. I remember I was watching it live via CableTV on TechTV. Good times. And when Leopard prices were introduced... Home Basic... $129 Home Prem... $1…

Did u get the 2Gs from Apple?

I'd say no, but maily because I use other apps that link to the same library.

May be the settings were disabled after iTunes was done screwing with your music library.

I think the White/2.2GHz is the best deal. I just hope you did not pay Apple for that extra RAM.

I never really understood why, but even now-a-days that Macs use pretty much the same hardware as Windows PCs, they still market Mac specific memory. (Mac Pro is an exception here) Should be interesting to know the reason.

Almost all Asus notebooks have this dual analog/optical mini plug connector (audio out only), Apple products are the only ones I know of that also have it as input. I think it's a great idea.

I just hope it's smaller than 13.3". I think a 10" would be great.
