The nice thing is Leopard is really snappy. I am using it on my second drive in my mac pro and it flys, I wonder what they did to make leopard so fast compared. Its reliable, no problems here and I would not be surprised if it is gold already.

Wow that RED camera + lens is a little more expensive than a Toyota Corolla but man its cheap in the world of pro gear though. Looks like it will be able to replace or get real close Film at that point. For those who think 17+3K is expensive, try…

The problem is Apple is losing a great opportunity to make greater inroads into new desktop purchases by not offering a minitower system in the 900-1500 dollar range.

PS3 is an over engineered product and the time and money costs associated with the hardware/engineering really put them in a defensive position compared to the 360 and the Wii. Think about it, Unless games show a significant difference in visuals…

I will say we did switch our desktops to Mac pros from dell precisions, price was right and the quality of the case and the inside is so much nicer overall.

Weird, when I called in one of my mac pros in for service Apple actually sent in a guy from apple to check it out, now I bought 6 mac pros after switching from dells and they have been good. I pay for the higher end support though. If you have a rec…

They also do not stock well, I was looking for a wireless keyboard since I already bought the wireless mouse and all I saw was the wired keyboards, I figured let me check all of them out and they had 1 wireless keyboard all the way in the back yet n…

The fear with Vista is buying the CD, doing the upgrade and on reboot a bluescreen a death or at best, applications etc not working. I think this is why people are not yet embracing this version, all the DRM/lockdown and vista editions is not helpin…

80nm! Why not 65nm. I wonder if this is a card you can buy later down the line to upgrade the 1900 card in the Pro.
