Well we don't know what the terms of service will be for the iPhone, so we will have to wait and see. It's OK to speculate on what it will be based on AT&T's current offering but there is nothing keeping them from offering a special iPhone packa…

It looks like a pretty silent upgrade to the Mac Pros to 8 cores. I wonder if this is a sign of things to come from Apple, as in updating the other models in a similar "quiet" fashion. I would have expected more of a fuss made over this Mac Pro upgr…

There are also other Mac solutions such as HandBrake/MediaFork, ffmpegx, and Visual Hub to name a few.

The biggest problem is getting access to the onboard USB port so that you can hook up a keyboard and get the neccessary software on it without opening the case. So far I dont think anyone has been successfull with this.

Every time I expect something big from Apple I pinch myself to stop dreaming. That isn't to say that I'm not impressed with what they put out, but seldome does it live up to the rumors or even Apple's hype. Leopard is going to be their big anounceme…

It's in Disney's best interest to break the contract, pay some damages or broker a settlement and move on from there. The world has changed and Disney is not going to want to be limited by that contract in light of all the potential sources of reven…

Well that confirms that this is running OS X doesn't it? How long before someone gets a full version of OS X installed and running on one is the next question.

VL-Tone is right, the original iMac retailed for $1299 if I remember correctly. As new models were released that price went down to $899, with the eMacs (which was really an iMac) down at the $699 level. The iPod example is another, more recent exam…

Is the Vista version of iTunes out yet? I thought that there were known problems with it and Apple said to wait for the release of a Vista compatible version. On their web site they only list support for Windows 2000 and XP, not vista.
