Strangely enough mine havnt been working for weeks but reading your message made me grab my remote to again try it...and it worked, go figure. I am still getting the message at the bottom of the trailer that says movie server not responding. I…

I thought about that as well but it proved to be much more difficult to do lol I agree though that would be hot.

The cinema displays are nice and I thought about the likely hood of apple doing that but I think Apple likes to have a differentation between there pro products and their consumer products. Currently the metal is pro and the white/black plastic is c…

I am glad to see them updating iMovie, there was huge issues with importing images and rendering kens burns effects.

I called apple today and they said it was a "known issue" and the solution is to turn the dock away, and put tape over it. So there is no solution other then apple coming out with some fix somehow.

Thanks for the help, I did have to manually set up my other preferences but thats ok. The speed difference between manually coping files and the migration assitant is worth it. I have applecare too so i actually have more then one year to complai…

I tried removing the dock to another room and it still did not work. I thought about pairing another remote to the dock but I dont have another remote. Is there some way to configure the dock that I am missing? P.S. I am van isle where are you?

Well I tried that and it does pair the remote to the iMac so that no other remote will control the iMac but the remote will still control the dock. This is highly annoying and I can not find any solution, how could apple overlook this?

Well tranferring the data that way worked much better and this computer is so much faster! The keyboard problem appears to be a fault of the keyboard. I have decided to live with the screen issue, its only visable when the screen is completly…

Great information, I will try this when I get home from work. The other issue I am having is that the keyboard and mouse on the new computer will just all of the sudden not work, and you must unplug them to get them to work. Sometimes the keyb…

The other thing that is happening is sometimes the volume control on the keyboard wont work while everthing else on the keyboard does. Sometimes the keyboard just doesnt work until you unplug it and plug it back in, same thing with the mouse.

I have to agree with MajorMatt. Obviously some people seem to encounter problems with the finder, but I personally have been using a mac for over a year now and have A LOT of files. I have never personally experienced any slowness or beachballs with…

How are they going to stop people from throwing a rock at it?

Yes sorry it is infact an article.

It is a fake article. Its been around for about a year and people are always fooled.

I think a good portion of that image has been hand drawn. A trace function will not result in that no matter how good it is.

If you click next at the bottom of the page it will show a comparison between the old 17" G5 and the new one. You can see the Power Supply is located up at the top. One thing that is interesting is the speakers look quite a bit larger. I wonder …

With the previous iMac G5 the manual explained how to take the back off and with this generation it does not. I believe it is not designed to even be opened by the end user. That would lead me to believe the stand is not easily removed.
