Err-- well, some of this I'd rather not track, but TBH, other stuff is awesome, for health reasons-- menstruation tracking, water intake, and UV exposure all impact me tremendously (and I'm supposed to be monitoring it), so I'm thrilled they're adde…

I appreciate changes that improve readability. I still like Neue, though. But though I'm young, I've burnt out my eyes with straining to read screens all the time. Anything to make it better gets a thumbs up. Typography is fascinating-- one of t…

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I thought I was going to be ho-hum, because I'm pretty happy with Spotify... but some of the features look intriguing, and it wouldn't cost me more than it does now. I have to see if the library is as deep as Sp…

I saw the NFC support sign at Rite-Aid, and Apple Pay didn't work there. I've heard it's not officially supported there but some people have had success. The clerk said several customers have complained about not having Apple Pay. I told them they o…

EXCEL ANALYSIS PACK IS ON OS X!!! IT'S COME TO MACS! IT'S COME TO MACS! Pretty much me. Look, I love Pages and Keynote. But Numbers just can't compare to Excel. And the Data Analysis Pack is something that kept me on the Windows version for…

That new Macbook. In gold. Waaaaaaaannnnttttt. I don't even need one but waaaaannnttttt. Want a Watch too, but srsly, I was all over the rose gold one, but 10K? No thanks. I have other things I'd rather do with that money. Even other watches, at t…

This doesn't surprise me. Since I found Spotify, I haven't bought a thing off of iTunes. I just went into the iTunes store to look at my wishlist and look up everything on Spotify. I'm a paying subscriber-- no ads, and I can download music to li…

I would LOVE a large iPad. I have a mini for browsing, reading some books, apps, etc (Pinterest is far better on an iPad than the computer, IMO), and I would definitely get the large one to complement it. No, it wouldn't replace my 13" Macbook Pro, …

There's a company where you can send in your iPhone or iPad and they'll put a water resistant coating on it. They only do iOS devices, if I remember correctly. I think the name is Liquipel. I emailed them awhile back asking when they would let me se…

I love Swell, so I would be excited for Apple to acquire it, though very sad if it goes away in a few days-- hopefully I wouldn't have long to wait until it was integrated somehow. I used the app during my commute this morning.

Well I, for one, love iOS 7. Always have. It took me less than half an hour to get used to it. When I went back to using my iPhone 3GS which was running 6, I annoyed at it for not being iOS 7. Apple does well in training users how to quickly get use…

Ed Catmull gave the commencement address at my graduation. I really enjoyed what he had to say. I thought it was practical, applicable, and extremely interesting. I couldn't have wished for a better speaker-- and I am very excited to read this book.

Well, I've had some more time to play with it, and I'm disappointed in some respects, but hoping that things will change in updated versions: - I can't attach files, drag files from Finder into OneNote, or insert PDFs. Also the drawing capabilitie…

Well, I for one am pleased as punch. It works just like the Windows version, and I'm astonished that it's free. I was able to login to my SkyDrive account and all of my old notebooks popped up. Yay! I missed this so much. I think I can uninstall Eve…

I think this is great news, as I truly miss using OneNote, and that's the only thing you'd hear me say wistfully regarding Windows. It was never enough to get me to stay, but now I don't have to mourn it any longer, hopefully. Yes, I knew there's th…

I'm happy to hear this, though I am hoping they add OneNote for Mac... I still use Excel for things I can't use Numbers for, and I still prefer Word as a word processor. I like the iWork suite, but Office still does it for me.

I still won't touch Yahoo! mail or anything else, but I've been using their news app and just downloaded this one. It looks great and I use the other one daily; even over Google news.
