I don't see what the argument is here, as Apple is being pretty clear. You CAN post screenshots of previously demoed beta software and not get sued (even though this is technically a violation of the ADC DNA, but hey it builds excitement). You CAN…

I'd like to hear more ideas about the iNote app. I am just finishing my first Cocoa books, and want to start an open source project. This is kind of what I was thinking, but since we all think differently some different perspectives would be cool.

Cleaner is a joke. Don't even bother trying to do MP4 exports.

I agrree that this tech is an interesting trend to watch, and one that fits in with Apple's QT plan. However, Apple needs to have an easy DRM solution for Quicktime. There are many sites now popping up with WMV secured.

Actually, you can't do it. I was running 10.2 server on a Cube, and had all kinds of problems when I updated to 10.3. I'm not sure where I found it on the Apple site, but the cube was not listed as a supported device anymore.

Better bookmark management. When I add a new bookmark and want to file it right away, I have to scroll through every folder and subfolder in my list. It is not easy with nested folders to even tell where you are sometimes.

Check this out, ovolab . We use this at my office and it works great.

I suggested this before, but I think that an easy solution to the close window/app issue would be to change the red button from a circle to a square on apps that quit when the window is closed. There are good reasons for both kinds of behaviour.
