Time for Microsoft and Palm to start pooping their pants. Apple's is about to take the iPhone OS to the next level. The preview might also provide additional insight into Mac OS X Snow Leopard!

Wow, this really pushes the envelope. Amazingly small form factor.

Let's see the news from the past week. U2 gets a street named after them in Manhattan (NYC) then decides to partner with a Canadian-based firm. So much for ... "Where the streets have no name"

If Apple releases a netbook, it will be much more than today's traditional netbooks. Apple's approach to product design and features is differentiation. Rest assured that if Apple enters this market segment, they'll offer features that set it apar…

Clearly Snow Leopard is lining up to be a central focus at WWDC this summer. My expectations for WWDC: - Snow Leopard "official" demonstration - iPhone OS and iPhone updates Apple will then announce availability for both within weeks followi…

Overall, this was a nice move by Apple. They didn't have to release the firmware updates. As a gen1 Time Capsule owner, I'm happy with this move.

As a current first generation Time Capsule owner, I'd love the firmware upgrade to enable MobileMe access. Please let it be true.

Nice processor improvements to the MBP at no additional cost.

Mac desktop sales have cratered that past two quarters. Apple needs to release the desktops during the current quarter to stabilize things!

Hopefully 10.5.7 will be out soon in conjunction with desktop updates!

The Put Back function is a feature I've wanted to see in prior versions in Mac OS X. With each passing tid bit of Snow Leopard, the OS is looking as though it's going to be a great release.

I simply want a tether option for my existing plan

Perhaps Snow Leopard Server will finally entice increased enterprise adoption of Macs. The iPhone is likely the gateway to this adoption as many firms have already deployed the iPhone. By leveraging features that the iPhone can use, adoption is su…

Nice to see Apple continue to push the envelope to attract new users to the Mac. Growth over the past few years has been fueled by switchers and it's nice to see Apple continue to target these customers especially given the economic backdrop.

Interesting to see this feature in Mac OS X. Location would be better utilized in portables.

A complete desktop update is needed: - iMac last updated April 2008 - Mac Pro last updated January 2008 - Mac mini last updated August 2007

I doubt that this will happen. Apple will not dilute the premium position that have developed over the years. Strategically, this wouldn't make sense in my view.

Now, I hope Apple can release some new desktops!
