Yet another way to move a window to another space is just to drag it to the edge and after a second it will switch to the next space.

Here's a comparison with them both active. It's kinda odd they didn't take a few minutes to fix iTunes but I think the differences are not big enough to notice in day to day use. I think Safari is a bit too dark though.
