I can't think of a single individual other than Cook who should be running Apple. He's doing a great job. I can see anyone else destroying the company in five years with consecutive mistakes. This smacks just a little of homophobia.

I have to wonder how many women and/or minorities and/or white males Samsung has on it's board of directors or in senior management positions. I wonder also how many people have ever thought about that or cared. Or care now a single damn. ba…

It looks like it was the Retina Macbook update that was holding up 10.8.3. There must have had to be a lot of work to bring the retinas up to requirements.

Finally! I am hoping this fixes the problem I've been having of the system becoming periodically unresponsive for seconds at a time (typing doesn't appear, and then rushes to catch up, trackpad gestures have no effect and then seconds later work).

All installed, though the restart had to be done manually.

The trouble is that we are not getting any hints from anywhere that there is anything in the these builds that would justify this wait.

Just a coincidence that this comes on the heels of the Microsoft fine from the EU? Maybe Mozilla is trying to provoke the EU to attack Apple…

This is just ridiculous. Release the damn thing! And if there a problem then release another one!

What the hell are they doing with this point upgrade?

I wonder if this hacking (of developer machines within Apple) has anything to do with the non-appearance thus far of the 10.8.3 update. Perhaps Apple is making sure that the code hasn't been compromised.

I can't ever remember this many betas being seeded, or this kind of protracted wait for a point update. I have to wonder what Apple is doing. Is this intended to be the last update before 10.9? Or at least close to last?
