Never realized there were so many astute lawyers posting on Apple Insider. I think Judge Judy ought to be assigned as the judge for Gizmodo's case. Nothin like a good "come to Jesus" talk to straighten out this mess.

Aperture 3 is going to make some of Photoshop irrelevant (non destructive brushes etc) for photographers. PS5 is late in the game. Adobe continues to spin chaotically in the Mac realm. Jobs knows it too.

I have Final Cut Express HD 3.5 installed. However, nothing appeared in Software Update. Tried the download. Said "not needed". This update must be for the latest version of FCE.

It's about time Intuit gave the Mac some respect. Finally a Universal app surfaces from the makers of Quicken with some Mojo. Curious about $$$ and when delivery can be expected - $79/early 2009?

No problem with "image of doom". Safari is very stable and a bit snappier with the new update. 10.3.9
