Those are phones not being sold at all. When this ends most of them will be purchased then. Some losses will happen due to loss in income for the Chinese people but the losses will be balanced out but later gains for the most part.

Sounds to me like the NTSB just wants Apple to have a written policy not to use company phones while driving. That shouldn’t be necessary but in today’s world.....
