All kidding aside, I really think Apple’s plan B is to use the Gatekeeper model that’s on macOS. App Store only; Certified Apps; and anything you want. Apple will obviously flash warnings when downloading off the web but maybe with Certified Apps Ap…

Odd design coming from Twelve South. I have two of their charging stands. The High Rise (uses a lighting cable) and the Forte for the Apple Watch which uses the charging puck that comes with the watch. Both integrate the cable seamlessly.

I think it might be time for Apple to get ahead of all this. There’s no technical reason for them to implement the same system as Gatekeeper on the Mac. App Store only, Apple Certified Apps and App Store. More than likely Apple wouldn’t allow Any Do…

This will be a lot fun when Apple eventually makes the iPhone completely wireless. No ports. Then I guess the states will sue Apple for making their equipment obsolete

Remove the stickers? They barely take up space. Can’t possibly cost that much and it’s a great marketing tool. I can’t tell how many cars I see with that sticker on the rear window. Or on a book bag, water bottles, bicycles. Hell, I saw one once sla…

You’d see how fast how these developers change their tune if Apple suddenly told them they have to run their own payment systems and push their own updates. Last I checked Apple has less than 20% market share. These companies are angry over a tiny c…
