The name suggests what it should have, starting with a quad core CPU, BTO graphics cards, 8 Gb RAM, RAID drives built in. Sure it would be 15 lbs heavier, but thats what the desk does, holds it up to my eyes for me! Pete

Murphyweb, you present your argument very articulately and I concur with your views wholeheartedly. I have been in the computer industry (sales PC) since 1980. For me, I recognized this fact since the Apple Lisa and its suite of applications. The…

I do like the idea. At $US 3.00 ($AUD 5), it sounds OK. However, here in Australia, I pay $AUD70 ($US 58) per month for a 1.5Mbps which caps out at 12Gb (both download & upload is counted). That works out to $5.83 per Gigabyte after which the…

Interesting, and probably close to true. However, for me, I'll wait for revision 2 or 3 for it, as I will the iPhone. PS. Will the iPhone go WiFi through an Airport base station?

So what is pushing Apple's price to beyond $120? Is it the imminent release of the iPhone? Does that mean the stock will drop in the weeks after the iPhone release. Then Apple again becomes a sub $100 billion company and then drops out of the S&a…

My update of EMI to 256Kbit versions (90 tracks) has stopped at 29. iTunes has downloaded 61 tracks and is now telling me internet connection is down, but of course it isn't. I am able to post this. Whats going on. PS from the Australian iTMS …

Hmmm, 40 phones per store wont do They'll be gone by 9 AM. I wonder how many will be in the Apple Stores?

I just upgraded all my Pink Floyd and Penguin Cafe (EMI) to iTunes plus. 90 tracks in all for $AUD 12.60. Use the "upgrade your library" option. Actually its only halfway through downloading as I write. Cheer
