I think the mini will wait till Santa Rosa. It was something like engadget that mentioned that the Santa Rosa video chipset was set to offer pretty stellar performance ( for its size so to speak ) and be DirectX 10 compatable. If thats the ca…

Do they still use a Cray? They are bound to have other manufacturers machines in places for testing at the like. In various places in IBM/Lenovo , using an apple mac is a tolerated ( tolerated, but not necessarily supports ) practice.

CDonG4, your sounding like a fanboy there and not really adding anything. Roland, Had a quick look round the web at Home Server. Its sounds a similar sort of device to that of iTV, but that iTV is more geared towards providing content within …

I expect a lot more will be made of that core image technology ( or whatever its called ) which they featured as a demonstration of all the photos flying around in that scripted animation from the last presentation. Time machine seemed to show …

Quote: The most important market, however, is to provide an upgrade path for Mac mini users who like their display and don't want to spend the money for a MacPro. I say switch 'em and then keep 'em. Agreed. The MacPro is not a step upgrade fr…

Personally, i've never felt the need for a swivel camera. Any that i've had have been stuck on the top of the machine and just left there. If I wanted to take a picture of something else i just used a normal digi-cam. Personally, the current …
