I had the exact same problem with mine. I thought it died a few days after I got it. Then held down those 2 as a last resort and sure enough..it worked! Strange though.

You have to select where you want to search..for example which partition/hard drive..just check where you want Sherlock to search. Oh, by the way, you are welcome for the above information
