Tabs on top may be useful and save space, but they're damn ugly in my opinion. And as stated earlier, the grab icon is the same as a resize icon, which could end up being confusing. But it's a beta so that stuff will probably be refined for the f…

Quote: It's unclear whether Apple plans to charge for the service They'd have to charge for the movies at least. I can't see the studios just giving them away for free. iTunes has free music and TV shows every week but no free movies ($0.99).

Backing up your phone data to the cloud is a pretty good idea. It'd have to be secure though..

I wouldn't really call that a win for Psystar. All that happened was the judge didn't throw their argument out. They won't actually win or lose anything until the trial.

Presumably this would not work if you are connected to Ethernet with Airport disabled. I'm perfectly fine with my general location being broadcast but my exact location makes me a little uneasy.

I would cry no tears whatsoever if Flash were to die. The internet is one of the few things left in the world that's largely open and free, so the less control individual companies have the better. The trouble is, it will take years for the HTML…

HomeGroup looks unnecessarily complicated. The average home user does not want to be presented with technical things and is going to freak out when they are forced to use a gobbledygook (but of course more secure) password.

I am holding out for a 64 GB version. I hope it comes this year. 32 GB doesn't really work for me because I have 35 GB of music, and let's not even count video or app data. 256 GB SSDs are available right now so I'm hoping by the time the new iPhone…

I love the image accompanying this post. It's so wonderfully pointless.

That thing is so UGLY. I'm about to throw up just looking at it.

Large touch screens right now are a bit gimmicky and I think it will take time for people to seriously consider them as a means of input for desktop devices. But if anyone can make it catch on, it'll be Apple and not HP.

It's important to remember that if you look past the "money-grabbing distributors" (they're not all like this, I assure you) the person who really loses out through piracy is the artist. A company can easily spread their losses across their back-cat…

Jeez, have they not learned from the Zune?
