No. the 3rd drive came out of a PC. I formatted it on the Mac. The HD is a Seagate, which should be Mac compatible. My old iMac shipped with a Seagate 6GB hardrive.

OK, I set the jumper on the 3rd drive as "cable select" and I changed it's position in the drive bay. The problem with copying is still happening. Maybe it is because that controller is ATA 66 and I was trying to copy from a drive on the ATA 100 con…

I first "uncovered" this myself about a month ago when I opened an HTML document that I wanted to edit, using Word (on my PC at work). It was the first time I had used Word to edit HTML, but I figured it was a try. As soon as I opened it up, the doc…

.m3u is the common extension for streaming audio - such as on-line radio webcasts. iTunes connects to streams very well. If it wouldn't connect, there migth have been a problem with the actual stream.

If you are running 10.2.4 and you want to install 10.2.6 you will either have to download and install 10.2.5 first, or you can skip 10.2.5 and download & install the 10.2.6 combo updater

Poor Chia Pet. I guess it should be glad that the G5 has a mesh covering or else that little guy would get sucked into one of 9 fans, LOL.

It's not a Public Beta, is it?
